Stan D. Lawlor - President and CEO
Stan is Associate Professor of Sociology at Nipissing University, where he has taught since the university was founded in 1967. This experience, combined with a 20-year career in municipal politics, provides him with keen insights into the problems faced by businesses and organizations, as they strive to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. Sean Lawlor - Project Manager and CAO
Sean Lawlor is Lawlor & Associates' Project Manager and CAO, positions which he has held since 1996. Sean's strong organizational skills, combined with his approachability, serve him well in his administrative and client relations roles. His skill set includes survey design and analysis, SPSS data analysis applications, database development, project management and development, and real estate finance.

Sean also directs the marketing and communications division of the company, ranging from e-commerce solutions, web site & CD-ROM design and development, graphic design, to hi-tech corporate presentations.

Over the past several years, Sean has played an active role in the local community. He participated in the development of the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce strategic plan in 2000, and sat on the strategic planning committee with the Chamber of Commerce in 2001. Sean has also been a member of the fundraising committee for the North Bay Heritage Festival for the past two years. He is the Treasurer for the North Bay Ultimate Frisbee league and sits on the Cut to the Core committee with the North Bay Police Services.

Sean is a graduate of Rosseau Lake College (1990) in Rosseau, Ontario, and is also an honours graduate of the Mortgage Broker's Agent program at Seneca College, Scarborough, Ontario, (1998). e-Mail Sean
