Lawlor & Associates Consultants Inc. is a Northern Ontario company that has offered consulting services to both the public and private sectors throughout the North since it was founded in 1995. Building on experiences gained over a 20-year career as a North Bay municipal politician and a 35-year academic career at Nipissing University, Stan Lawlor has developed a pragmatic, consultative approach, that focuses upon building capacity within the client organization. His own experience at formulating, organizing, and implementing projects is a key component of the success of the traditional business of the company.

The Company provides consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, business plan preparation, market surveys, government relations, demographic analysis, management support services and project financing.

Lawlor & Associates has assembled a dynamic team, led by Sean Lawlor, that has expanded the company's offerings over the past several years to include marketing and communication services, including web site design and development, CD Rom design and development, e-commerce solutions, graphic design services, marketing plans and corporate presentation programs.

The staff at LAC keeps current on various public programs and private opportunities available to companies and businesses for purposes such as, retention, expansion, turnarounds and downsizing. Over the past seven years, Lawlor & Associates has worked with hundreds of clients, ranging in size from 3 to more than 300 employees. We are complemented by contract personnel, with whom strategic alliances are maintained. These resources are available on an as required basis to offer specialized services for various projects.

Combining the experience of age with the enthusiasm of youth, Lawlor & Associates adopts a results oriented approach to the challenges faced by clients. Our corporate motto "Making you successful is our business" sums up our approach to giving priority to the client's needs.
